Monterey Bay Aquarium

The kids and I headed off to the Bay Area this past summer. While we were there we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We had a blast and boy were we tired when it was time to head back to Aunt Jennies. Here is a pic that we took as we were leaving is this beautiful area near the parking garage.
Who wouldn't love a picture with all of this love surrounding you?

Leah + Cheer = Happiness!

Leah is 14 and is a Freshman at Florence High School. She made the JV Cheer squad and loves it so much. She is also Freshman President, so with both activities, her time is taxed quite a bit! She is a fun loving girl and loves her friends...oh, and of course boys! ; )

This was at a really fun Pep Assembly in August!

At their 1st JV Football Home game. Go GOPHERS!

This was at a Student Council Car Wash..fun, fun, fun!

They have been blessed to have her as the Mother. Drew is in his Senior year at Hamiltion High School. He is an great student and an amazing football player. Over the past sever months, Drew has received several football scholarships which have included: Standford, Arizona State, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Washington State & Wyoming.

On September 14th, Drew made a verbal commitment to Standford and we couldn't be more proud of him.

Chandler Hamilton wide receiver Drew Terrell chose Stanford over Arizona State and it had nothing to do with the Sun Devils’ shocking loss Saturday night to Nevada-Las Vegas.

“He made up his mind before the game,” Hamilton football coach Steve Belles said.

Terrell, 6-foot, 180 pounds, who had seven scholarship offers from major colleges, has 12 catches for 106 yards in three games this season. He has carried the ball seven times for 46 yards. He led Hamilton last year with 47 catches for 786 yards. He caught seven touchdown passes.

Terrell had narrowed his choices to Stanford and ASU this summer. He had made unofficial visits to both schools. Belles believes Terrell has a chance to play next season for the Cardinal. “He really felt comfortable with their staff,” Belles said.

Marcus & Carole

This is Marcus and I. The two responsible for this amazing crew. We love all of our kids so much! ; )~

I have been wanting to start a blog about our family for a very long time. We have a website for the 'Lawrence' family side on MyFamily.com that is amazing but I always feel like I am bogging down the site when I post anything. Not to mention there are close to 50-75 family members contributing to it.

Any way, to get started, I will be adding a few of my favorite pics of the kids.
